SP Virtual Assistant was created after a period of reflection in my own life, where I realised something important: time is precious, energy is limited, and success shouldn’t come at the cost of your wellbeing.

I wanted to build a business that had purpose, one that genuinely supports other business owners to feel calmer, more in control, and properly supported.

• Hair & Beauty with over 25 years in the industry, including leadership and business ownership

• The NHS, supporting clinicians as a medical secretary

• The Gas & Utilities sector, working within operational and compliance-driven environments

Across every role, I became the person who:

• Organised the chaos

• Kept things moving behind the scenes

• Created structure where there wasn’t any

• Made other people’s jobs easier
